Town fan provided best answer to Club's social media competition
Town supporter Stephanie Oakley recently won a brand new 2015/16 home replica shirt after winning an award on one of the Club’s social media pages.Stephanie and her daughter Daisie are both new members of the Cod Army, and provided the best answer when quizzed about their best moment of the season.
They have caught the Highbury bug and attended most home games last term, and will continue their affiliation with the Club next season when they purchase a season ticket.
Speaking at her home after receiving the shirt, Stephanie said: “I’ve only started going to the matches religiously since we went to Wembley last year.
“I’ve started going to all of the home games now and have also attended a couple of away ones too.
“My little girl Daisie comes with me to games and is normally shouting away.
“She always wants to see Captain Cod but will never go near him.
“I’m going to give the shirt to my Uncle who I go to games with because I bought one when they came out.
“He always buys me a few tickets so it’s just a little thank you to him.
“I’ve been looking at buying a season ticket online this year rather than paying every week, so we’ll be there again next season cheering on the lads.”
