Ahead of the game, Prostate Cancer UK would like to understand how much Fleetwood fans know about prostate cancer and their risk. They would like to learn about fans experiences of the disease, and also hear about your football friendships.
They have created a short survey which they would like Fleetwood supporters to complete and those that do will be entered into a draw to be Guest of Honour on the match day.
