Carl Boyeson will take charge of Monday's game
Carl Boyeson will officiate Monday afternoon’s North West clash against former FA Cup winners Wigan Athletic at Highbury Stadium.The Cod Army drew away to Shrewsbury Town on Boxing Day as Ash Hunter grabbed a late equaliser, while the Latics’ game against Sheffield United was postponed.
Boyeson has officiated 17 games so far this season, with his latest clash being York City’s 2-1 win over Morecambe at Bootham Crescent on 19th December.
Monday’s game will be the East Yorkshire whistle blower second in charge of Fleetwood this campaign, having been the man in the middle for the 1-0 win over Barnsley in October.
He will be assisted by Anthony Backhouse and Iain Siddall, while Kevin Mattocks will be the fourth official.
