Assistant Accountant position at Fleetwood Town FCAAT Level 3 or above
Salary £18,000 - £22,000
Working hours will be 35 per week over five days.
Fleetwood Town FC is seeking to appoint a highly capable, energetic Assistant Accountant looking to develop their skills within an exciting growing football club.
This will be a busy and hands on role with some of the duties to include the running of the sales and purchase ledgers for a number of cost centres, daily bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, petty cash, nominal ledger control, match day turnover analysis, monthly payroll preparation and assisting in the monthly management accounts preparation.
This role is very varied which will also involve tight time scales.
This is a full time position for a qualified or part qualified AAT studier.
The successful candidate will report into the financial controller and the role has scope for growth in the near future due to exciting expansion plans.
Applicants need to be experienced in an accounts environment with knowledge of Sage 200, Sage 50 payroll and Microsoft Office software.
