Town celebrate defender's ten year anniversary at the club
Fleetwood Town will tonight celebrate Nathan Pond's testimonial year at the club with a dinner in Parkside, starting at 7pm.
The big defender is enjoying yet another progressive season for Town and is looking forward to his big night.
“I’m really looking forward to the event and it will be great to see a number of former team mates and familiar faces on the night," admitted Fleetwood's longest serving player.
"I really appreciate everyone’s support and hard work to make this event happen and I’m sure everyone who comes along will have a great night.”
Martin Booker, Head of Commercial at Town said: "Working with his testimonial committee we have a number of guests lined up to attend this historic event. Joe Royle joins us as guest speaker, Pondy being a big Man City fan was key to that.
"As well as Graham Alexander and the first team squad we also have a number of former players from different era’s attending with the likes of Jamie Milligan, Andy Bell and Jamie Maguire all confirming their attendance with many other familiar faces from the club’s successful sides joining us for the evening.
