JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Hospitality Host/Hostess Salary: Voluntary role, benefits to be agreed (uniform ie club tie etc and additional club benefits ie Free away travel) Contractual Status: Casual Hours of work: Match days 11.30am – 5.30pm or eveing games 5.30pm – 10.30pm. Football Events as and when required. Responsible to: Head of Commercial /Events Manager Responsibilities: Ensuring the smooth running of hospitality throughout matchdays or events held at Highbury from set up to closure. Role Summary: The role of the Hospitality Host / Hostess is to assist the Commercial team in delivering a package to all hospitality guests in Parkside Suite and/or Red & Whites/Players lounge Hosts/ Hostesses are to act as an advocate for excellent customer service and help ensure all customer needs are met. Key Tasks and Activities • On Match Days at Highbury Stadium / Football Events at Highbury Stadium • Entry to Parkside Suite (2nd Floor) / Entry to Red & Whites /Players Lounge (Behind Memorial Stand) • Welcome guests upon arrival and answer any queries throughout the day • Directing guests to relevant areas and seats • Checking Passes for access for guests in all areas at all times pre-match, half time and post match
