Fleetwood have been drawn away to Carlisle United in the semi-finals of the Youth Alliance Cup – Northern Section.
The young Cod Army, who faced Carlisle in Cumbria on February 12 in a rearranged league, will now make a second journey north for a place in Northern Section cup final.
Town reached the semi-final stage with a 1-0 win over Wrexham in the quarter-finals, having knocked out York City and Preston North End in the earlier rounds.
Carlise hit five past Shrewsbury Town in their quarter-final tie, and have also beaten Accrington Stanley and Rotherham United en-route to the semis.
The Cumbrian outfit have also impressed in the North West Youth Alliance so far this season, where they currently sit 5th, seven points ahead of Fleetwood.
Town rested many of their second-year players in the defeat to Macclesfield on Saturday, but will look to bring them back for the important fixtures coming up.
