Fixture: Fleetwood Town v Bristol Rovers
Competition: Sky Bet League One
Date: Tuesday 12 March 2024
Kick-Off: 19:45
Venue: Highbury Stadium, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 6TX
BRISTOL ROVERS
Rovers currently sit 12th in Sky Bet League One on 49 points. They have won 14 of their matches so far this season, drawing 7 and losing 15. They struggled in the new year with their only draw being in the English FA Cup against Norwich City.
They have won three of their last five games, with the wins coming against Stevenage, Carlisle United and Leyton Orient, with the other two being defeats, the latter a 3-0 home loss to Derby County and the Memorial Stadium.
The Pirates' player to watch will be forward Chris Martin. The 35-year old is at his 11th Club and has scored 15 goals in all competitions this season, with him scoring four in the last five matches, all single goals in games except the defeat to Derby.
Martin picked up a red card in the reverse fixture back on Tuesday 6 February, meaning he was suspended for the next fixture, but it's fair to say since his return, he has picked up where he left off.
