The club launched a partnership with JT Byrne Funeral Directors to help Fleetwood Town supporters remember their loved ones at Highbury Stadium.
The family firm based in Fleetwood, Thornton and Cleveleys are a long-standing club sponsor, and have a unique way for families to commemorate loved ones with a personalised plaque that will be placed at the back of the Memorial Stand terracing at Highbury.
John Byrne, from the family firm said: "As a company we have built a strong partnership with Fleetwood Town and have been working closely with the club to develop a fitting memorial tribute to fans that have passed away.
"Whilst serving families within the local community we understand how comforting a lasting memorial can be. We feel privileged to be able to offer the opportunity to help families remember a loved one in such a special and unique way."
