How much does the scheme cost?
The membership will cost £20 for all supporters.
What benefits do I recieve from being a member?
Members are entitled to a cheaper price on home match day tickets across all areas of the ground and priority on cup tickets.
Who can become a member?
Everybody is eligible.
How and when can I apply?
You can apply by filling in an application form and returning to the ticket office at Highbury Stadium. You can also download an application form at the bottom of this page, fill it out and return the form to the club shop/ticket office.
Supporters can also apply in person at the club shop which is open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm and until kick off on match days. The shop is also open on a Saturday from 9am-1pm (non matchdays). Supporters will be able to pay by cash, card or cheque when applying in the club shop.
What happens if I lose my membership card?
There is a £5 admin charge for replacement of membership cards. Simply ring or visit the club shop to be issued with a new card.
Can I choose a specific seat?
Yes, allocated seating will be in place for all games.
How do I use my membership card?
Members should present their membership card when purchasing tickets from the club shop or ticket office to benefit from the reduced ticket pricing scheme.
What turnstile do I use?
Supporters should use the turnstiles which will be indicated on their ticket. Supporters should simply scan their ticket in the automated turnstiles to gain entry into the stadium. Please note that supporters will only be able to enter the stadium via the turnstiles indicated on their ticket.
How do I buy tickets online using my membership?
Members simply enter their membership details into the log in page of the official online ticketing website, www.highburystore.com, and will be able to purchase tickets on a game by game basis. Members will be able to choose to have their tickets posted out for a small fee of £1 or can collect these from the club shop free of charge right up until kick off on the day of the game.
Can I still pay cash on match days?
Yes by simply presenting the membership card to the ticket office, and paying the price of entry. Members will then receive a paper ticket which will be used to gain entry into the stadium through the automated turnstiles.
