Joel Coleman signed for Fleetwood Town in August 2020 from Huddersfield Town.
The 24-year-old joined up with the Cod Army ahead of the 2020/21 campaign, after spending the last four years at Huddersfield, most notably playing in their Championship play-off campaign which earned them a place in the Premier League in the 2016/17 season.
Bolton-born Coleman has experience at League One level, as he started his career at Oldham Athletic and went on to play in 45 games before making his move to the Terriers.
The goalkeeper has played with Fleetwood already this summer as he featured in the sides win over Stockport County in Carrington and kept a clean sheet in that game. He later made his competitive debut for the club in an EFL Trophy victory over Carlisle United at Brunton Park.
