Midfielder Jason Holt has joined Fleetwood Town from Glasgow Rangers on a season-long loan deal.
Holt started off his career at Musselburgh, where he spent two years at the club's academy before moving to Hearts in 2002.
The highly rated 25-year-old moved to the Cod Army from the Scottish giants Rangers after featuring 33 times last season, as the club finished third in the Scottish Premier League.
The technically gifted central midfielder enjoyed successful loan spells at Raith Rovers and English side Sheffield United, before a switch to Ibrox in 2015, where he first met his current Head Coach, in Glasgow.
Holt was named in the Scottish Championship PFA Team of the Year in 2016, which also saw him win the Scottish Championship and Challenge Cup.
He made his first league appearance for Town in the 2-0 away victory at Oxford United.
