Manager Lee Johnson has named his side for this evening's Bristol Street Motors Trophy tie against Leicester City Under-21s at Highbury.
Town have made ten changes from the side who managed to beat Kidderminster Harriers 2-1 at the weekend in the opening round of the Emirates FA Cup at Aggborough, with Bosun Lawal being the only player to survive the cup tie after he was subbed off at half-time for his partner tonight, Harrison Holgate.
Six Academy graduates have been called up from the Under-21s to join the side in the group stage finale as Stephen McMullan replaces Jay Lynch between the sticks, Holgate and Connor Teale both start at the back with Pharrell Brown starting in attack., with Sam Glenfield and Will Johnson being named on the bench.
Alongside a name the Cod Army haven't heard in a long time in Harvey Macadam, who has been out for the majority of 2023 with various injuries, but will look ton make his return this evening when the Young Foxes comes to town in the newly named trophy.
