Fleetwood Town’s Wrens Ladies Development Squad rounded off their season in some fashion at the weekend by beating GT7 Academy Ladies 5-1 at Brews Park!
The Ladies wanted to bounce back from their recent defeat to Penrith AFC at home by finishing the year strong against the open age side at GT7 and they did that as they put five goals past the keeper on the final day.
It was a great team display from all involved as a brace from Katie Ramsbottom was added to by Morgan Cattle and Gemma Newson on the afternoon, with an own goal topping off the dominant performance leading into the summer break.
