Fleetwood Town FC and all supporting partners are pleased to share the Female Football Strategy, outlining the routes in increasing levels of participation in recreational and competitive football for women and girls.
The strategy will see girls engage in football activity from as young as three years old, providing a range of initiatives to help develop the player technically, tactically, socially and emotionally, often being delivered in the club’s state-of-the-art training facility, Poolfoot Farm Sports & Leisure Complex.

In addition to developing the player and person, we will encourage females into other roles within the game, increasing the volume of qualified female officials and coaches throughout the club’s network.
