After some brilliant work fundraising at a recent charity football game, the Fleetwood Town Business Club have raised and donated £300 to the Brian House Children’s Hospice in Bispham.
The money was raised at the annual Business Club fixture at Highbury Stadium earlier on in the month, with the funds coming from match tickets and food sold at the event.
To add to that, John Byrne from J T Byrne Funeral Directors, who visited the Children’s Hospice with the club this week, added his own donation on top as well.
Brian House is a charity that provides vital care for children with life-limiting conditions and thanks to the brilliant work they do, they are able to bring some cheer no matter the circumstances.
Fleetwood Town has a long-standing link with the children’s charity as the club sent squads to the site in Bispham before Coronavirus hit and helped put a smile on everyone’s faces, now that we are able to go back, we can’t wait to help out once again!
