A number of Fleetwood Town players featured for their respective loan clubs this week, with two picking up three points and one other narrowly missing out on a play-off promotion.

Two players who are on loan at sister club, Waterford FC featured twice over the Bank Holiday weekend with their first being a 2-1 win away from home at Bray Wanderers. Both Barry Baggley and Chris Conn-Clarke were in the squad, but it was star man Ronan Coughlan who bagged a brace to secure the three points.

Monday's match against local rivlas Wexford FC didn't go to plan, with the Blues losing out 1-0 at the RSC.

Connor Teale has really enjoyed his loan spell at National League North side, Alfreton Town. After finishing in the play-off places, it was a one off tie against Kidderminster Harriers. Unfortunately, the Reds were defeated by an early goal, which means their season is now over. Congratulations Tealey on a great loan spell.

Dylan Boyle featured for Curzon Ashton on Monday in their final game of the season against Kings Lynn - who narrowly missed out on automatic promotion to North West based side, AFC Fylde. Curzon lost 2-0 on the road, with the young Northern Ireland U21s midfielder playing 71 minutes before being substituted.

Baggley and Conn-Clarke are fit and ready for the top of the table clash this upcoming Friday against Galway United - sit in first position in the League of Ireland First Division. Can the Blues go and close the gap on Friday night?
