The Coffee Box & Bistro has just completed its first week at the Poolfoot Farm and it has gone down a success with the local community.
Rosie, and the staff at the training complex in Thornton, officially opened their doors on Monday last week and customers have been coming in raving about the quality of the food and drinks served.
From the players at the club, to punters wanting some warm food and drinks in this cold weather we’ve been having, we’ve had some great feedback from the community.
One in particular is from supporter Catherine who stopped by for a pre-game brunch ahead of our clash with Port Vale on Saturday and she said it was ‘so good’ and shared that she ‘will be visiting more often’.
