Young midfielder Akiel Raffie has been sent out on loan to Northern Premier League Premier Division side Marine AFC until the end of the season.
Raffie, who is a regular performer in our Development Squad's fixtures in the Central League, will now join the non-league side alongside Under-18s captain Will Johnson in order to get some valuable game time in men's football before the end of the campaign.
The midfielder had a very successful loan spell at Midlands club, Nantwich Town, earlier on in the season as he managed to pick up a number of goals and assists in the sam division he will now be competing in with Liverpool-based side.
