Fleetwood Town are delighted to announce that four Academy players have been called up to their respective international teams for their upcoming national fixtures.
With the announcement of young midfielder George Morrison called up to the Scotland Under-18s squad - click HERE for full details - there has been three other players who have received the call.
Stephen McMullan and Sam Glenfield have both been called up to the Northern Ireland Under-19s squad, with young forward Dom Richmond getting recognised by Montserrat Seniors for his recent performances for the Cod Army.
All players will travel for international duty on or around Sunday 19 March 2023 for approximately 10 days, with more details to follow closer to their respective fixtures.
This is a huge moment for our Academy, as 20% of the Under-18s squad have now received international recognition, which is fantastic for an Academy that is only seven years old.
