A number of supporters from our sister club, Waterford FC, will be making the trip across the Irish Sea to watch Fleetwood Town take on Peterborough United this Tuesday night!
Since Chairman Andy Pilley took over at the League of Ireland First Division side last summer, a bond as been formed between Waterford FC supporters and the Cod Army in Fleetwood and it's always a good atmosphere when they get together.
After 40 Town fans headed over to Dublin last year to watch the Blues' Play-Off Final match against UCD, it was decided by the Blues Supporters Club to organise a trip to England to cheer on Scott Brown's side, with that match being the Valentine's Day clash against Peterborough United.
Those who will be travelling on Tuesday to Highbury will be excited to see their star man from last season, Phoenix Patterson - who has impressed in recent weeks for his new club in their FA Cup clash against Sheffield Wednesday, and in the 2-1 win at Charlton Athletic over the weekend.
It will be great to see both sets of fans together once again - safe travels to all making the journey. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday.
