Fleetwood Town goalkeeper Jay Lynch spoke to the media ahead of Saturday's trip to Plymouth Arglye.
Lynch - who has kept two cleans sheets in his last three matches - has been ever present for the Cod Army this season. He has made 33 appreances in all competitions this campaign, and has featured in all of the Sky Bet League One matches thus far.
In his pre-match interview with local radio station, BBC Radio Lancashire, the 29-year-old spoke about the importance of players conducting themsevles off the pitch well, his enjoyment for running in training and also looking ahead to Saturday's match away at Plymouth.
