Fleetwood Town's Under-8s travelled to Manchester United on Sunday morning to take part in a round-robin friendly fixture event at The Cliff training complex.
It was a day to remember for 12 young Fleetwood Town players as the Academy's Under-8s travelled south to the new Carabao Cup winners, Manchester United to play against the Red Devils and Championship side West Bromwich Albion in a round-robin format.
Fleetwood Town's Under-8s coach, Mason Seddon said: "Sunday was a great experience for our young lads.
"We have taken them somewhere new and they have tested themselves against some of the best academies in the country.
"I would like to thank Manchester United for their hospitality, whilst also wishing United and West Bromwich Albion all the best for the rest of the season."
