There’s lots going on across the club this week, including a total of three games across our Men’s and Academy teams so here's a calendar of events taking place.

Here is everything you can expect on fleetwoodtownfc.com over the coming week:

TUESDAY

12pm – Fleetwood Town Under-21s v Peterborough United Under-21s

Our Under-21s are set to continue their Professional Development League Cup run before the weekend as they play host to Posh at the Club’s training complex, Poolfoot Farm, where they will be looking to extend their unbeaten run following last week's 2-1 away win at Wigan Athletic.

Key updates from the game will be shared across the Academy social channels, starting with team news at 11am, regular posts from kick-off, and a post-match report on our website as soon as possible.

7pm – Derby County v Fleetwood Town (Bristol Street Motor Trophy)

Lee Johnson’s men successfully made their way through the initial group stage of the competition after beating Tranmere Rovers and Leicester City Under-21s, whilst also picking another point up away against Wigan Athletic, with the next step in the tournament being a trip to face the Rams in the first knockout stage.

In the final game of the group, the Cods put on a convincing performance against the Young Foxes at Highbury as Ryan Broom netted a brace early on, with Under-21s captain Will Johnson, and forward Ryan Graydon adding on to the score line later in the fixture to round out the 4-0 win at Highbury.

The Under-18s are back in FA Youth Cup action on Sunday night and will be up against Premier League giants Liverpool at Highbury Stadium.
