The Wrens Ladies hosted league leaders, FC United of Manchester at Poolfoot Farm on Sunday 16 Apri in a North West Womens Regional League fixture and even though it finished 0-0, there was action at both ends of the pitch.
Town's goalkeeper, Hollie Scanlan was the slightly busier of the two keepers, and pulled off a world-class save to deny United's striker putting her side one nil up - watch the save below!
The two sides will meet again in the league on Sunday 23 April, this time at the home of FC United of Manchester - will the Cods be able to cause an upset on the road and make the title race interesting with three games left to play.
