Chris Conn-Clarke was in action this weekend for Altrincham, and here’s an update on how he did during the match at Soilihull Moors.

Conn-Clarke has had a brilliant start on loan at Altrincham and also featured this weekend in their Vanarma National League match against Solihull Moors. The 20-year-old has made 7 appearances for Alty since joining the Club earlier in the season, but Saturday's result will be one to forget after losing 5-1 on the road.

Conn-Clarke was involved in the first big chance in the game. The young forward won the ball high up the pitch and fed through Dinanga - whose shot from the edge of the box hit the post. Altrincham went a goal behind midway through the first half, but equalised on the 35th minute when Bennett found the back of the net.

The Fleetwood man nearly bagged his second goal for the Club, but was somehow denied from close range with a last-ditch block from the Solihull defender. With Altrincham having chances, it was the hosts who wre more clinical in front of goal, seeing them claim a 5-1 victory in front of the home fans.

Another player who is currently out on loan is defender Hoyle, who is at Bamber Bridge. The defender didn't featured in Bamber Bridge's FA Cup First Round Qualifying Round match against Whickham FC. His side did win, with Fin Sinclair-Smith scoring a 97th minute goal, meaning the Club are in the hat for the Second Qualifying Round.
