Poolfoot Farm are set to host a charity match in memory of Jordan Whitehouse, who sadly passed away six years ago to Cystic fibrosis, which is set to raise money for the charity which supports people with the illness on Saturday.
Jordan was a huge fan of football and even had great talent, playing for Blackpool Rangers in his youth. His former teammates set up this 7-a-side tournament in his memory and, since then, it’s grown year on year with 20 teams all set to join the brilliant day at the club’s training complex.
The day will kick-off at 2pm with the first games of the day, with the finals of the tournament taking place around 5pm. After playing, everyone will then head into Pizza Calcio, the on-site restaurant and bar, where there will be a DJ, raffles, and auctions all to help raise money for charity.
