Fleetwood Town are delighted to announce forward Ellis Harrison has agreed a new one-year deal after a successful first six months at the club.

Since joining the Cods, Harrison has become a crucial figure in the Fleetwood strike force as he managed to score six goals in 18 appearances since joining from fellow Sky Bet League One side, Portsmouth, back in January.

The 28-year-old, who has previously represented the Wales Under-21s side, has accumulated over 300 games worth of experience so far in his career and will carry on with the club for a further season after keeping their League One status on the final day of the season.

Harrison will now stay with the club at least until the end of the 2022/23 season.
