First-team players Shayden Morris, Brad Halliday, and Harrison Holgate made their way to local high school, Fleetwood High, for the club’s first in person community visit since the restrictions were eased on Tuesday afternoon!
The club are wanting to get back to bringing players out into the community after what has been a tough couple of years for everyone and this visit is only the start of that, with the PFA also in attendance.
The group arrived at the high school with pictures and signature session kicking off the visit before the students started their badminton session, which the players watched on and even had a go themselves!
Mike Tallentire, School Sport Educator at our Community Trust, and even our Supporter Liaison Officer, Wayne Bibby had a go as they challenged themselves to take on the kids in their after-school sports session.
Great to see you lads out in the community once again!
