Three days into the trip and the Fleetwood Town squad have played their second pre-season friendly against Rotherham United after a morning training session.
The day started like every other as the players all met up in the dining area of the complex and had breakfast before a morning pre-hab workout before heading to the grass pitches.
Normal training ensued with fitness drills, small group workouts, and a bit of shape work to finish it all off. Scott Brown and Steven Whittaker took the time to work on some plays ahead of the evening fixture, which the players seemed to enjoy.
With the afternoon being free due to the morning session, everyone had a chance to cool down before heading to Pitch 2 of the Park Plaza to take on Rotherham United.

The day ended with a post-match meal and a brief talk about the plans for day four in Pula, Croatia.
