First Team

The first-team battled hard in their win over Crewe at the weekend, which saw some great displays from all the squad from start to end. In the game at Poolfoot Farm, the Ladies carried on their recent run of good form after beating Salford City in their final game of 2021 as Georgia Payton, Carmel Daniel, and Emily Slater all getting on the scoresheet.

Fleetwood Town Wrens Ladies Development Squad 1-0 Penwortham Town Ladies Reserves

The Development Squad started their 2022 fixture schedule with a game against Penwortham Town at Brews Park and it ended in a narrow, but a well-fought win for the Wrens Ladies. The deciding goal in the game was a wonder strike from Holly Dunning, who ended up being named as the Player of the Match on the day.
