Fleetwood Town Under-18s players Stephen McMullan and Ryan Hand joined up with our Community Trust earlier on in the week as they joined in their Walk and Talk session on the Fleetwood Coastline.
McMullan, who joined the Cods this week from Warrenpoint Town in Northern Ireland, and Ryan Hand, who was previously at Premier League side Aston Villa before signing for Fleetwood last summer.
Both are set to feature in the club’s Under-18s set-up on a regular basis in the upcoming season and wanted to get out in the local community before starting the busy schedule.
The Walk and Talk sessions are an initiative that the Community Trust started last year for locals to have an opportunity to meet new people, whilst also enjoying the scenery which has been proven to help improve people’s health and mental wellbeing.
