Fleetwood Town Community Trust are taking part in a suicide awareness walk across the town this evening at 7pm as part of World Suicide Prevention Day.
In the event that welcomes anyone who would like to take part, they are remembering those we have lost and are also being there for those who are in need around the local area.
The walk is starting opposite the Sea Cadet Base at 7pm the following the Fleetwood Wellbeing Way’ along the Esplanade to arrive at Marine Hall for an illuminated service of remembrance. If attending, you are advised to bring a flameless tea light and a photo of a loved one to set off during the display.
They are raising funds for a licensed charity called ‘Hope Bench’, who are based in Fleetwood so if you would like to donate, click HERE.
