Fleetwood Town's Under-18s fell to defeat in their away clash against Bradford City at Woodhouse Grove training centre on Saturday morning.
A hat-trick from Cole Roberts – his first strike with his left-foot, his second with his head, and the third with his right – swayed the tide in the cup tie, putting the game almost out of reach for the young Cods in the first hour of the game.
A fourth was added by Dylan Youmbi late on in the game, who slotted the ball into the bottom corner of the net, with Town netting a consolation goal in the final few seconds of the game, via a deflected shot into the bottom corner, however, it wasn’t enough to spark a comeback.
