Forward Cian Hayes has been called up to the Republic of Ireland Under-19s setup for the first time for a training camp in Marbella.
Hayes – who has been impressing in Town’s Development Squad – has made three appearances for the Cods first-team, with the latest coming in the 4-1 win over Leicester City in the Papa John’s Trophy in August.
The 18-year-old will be travelling to the camp in Spain this week and will train with the Under-19s until Tuesday 12 October when they fly back to England.
