Defender Danny Andrew has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One September Goal of the Month award.
Andrew stood over a free-kick 25-yards away from goal and provided a perfectly placed strike, as he has done three times already this season, inside the far side-netting during Town’s 4-2 win over Rotherham United last month.
Morecambe’s Cole Stockton and Portsmouth’s Ronan Curtis are also up for the award, with the former placing a 40-yard lob over the AFC Wimbledon goalkeeper during their home clash and the latter able to loop a strike of Craig MacGillivray in the Charlton goal late on last month.
