Defender Danny Andrew has been named in the EFL and Sky Bet League One’s ‘Team of the Week’ after his goal and performance against Crewe Alexandra.
The 30-year-old makes his third appearance of the season in the League One TOTW, with his other two call-ups being after his spectacular goal against Lincoln City and his dominant performance against Cambridge United.
He is a debutant in the EFL’s ‘Best of the Best’ lineup, due to the fact he has scored his fourth free-kick of the season, hitting the post with another earlier in the game, and helped secure the side’s first clean sheet of the season against The Railwaymen at Highbury.
