Forward Cian Hayes has been called up to Northern Ireland’s Under-21 setup, where they will be playing two UEFA U19 Euro qualifiers against Montenegro, Bosnia Herzegovina, and Hungary.
Hayes, who made his debut for the side during their last camp in Marbella, is currently on loan at FC United of Manchester and has been going from strength to strength after scoring on his first start.
The forward joined up with the Under-19s in Luton on Sunday and then flew over to Bulgaria for the week-long camp. The first of their three games is on Wednesday 10 November against Montenegro (12:30pm), with Bosnia Herzegovina soon after on Saturday 13 November (12:30pm).
The camp finishes off with a tie against the home nation Bulgaria on Tuesday 16 November (12:30pm), with Hayes then returning to his loan spell in Manchester.
Congrats on another call-up, Cian!
