Fleetwood Town’s annual Fireworks Extravaganza was a brilliant success on Thursday evening, with a record attendance in the Parkside enjoying an evening of entertainment!
With hospitality and the seats in the stand packed to the rafters, we started the evening off with the town’s very own Father and Son Karaoke who brough up with atmosphere from the beginning, lifting the moods of everyone there!
Singing hits from every era, locals sang along and laughed as it was a much-needed stress relief after the last 18 months, with the Covid-19 pandemic.
Upstairs at the same time, S-Club 7 star Stacey McClean entertained a packed out Parkside Suite who enjoyed the brilliant food provided by the club’s chef on the night. Drinks were flowing and you could tell people were loving their evening at Highbury!
Later in the evening, the main stage act of The Deadbeats came out and would have taken the roof of the stadium – if it had one! With the energetic performance, people joined and in even sung along from their back gardens around the ground.
The final was a spectacle as Phenomenal Fireworks yet again showed why they are used each event as they provided the physical representation of the word ‘wow’! The ground was in silence as they watch the end of night show as they couldn’t take their eyes of it.
We would like to say thank you to everyone who attended and we hope you enjoyed your evening as much as we did – we hope to do this again for the community in the future!
