Fleetwood Town will face off against Accrington Stanley, Barrow and one other invited team in this year’s Papa John’s Trophy.
Simon Grayson’s side have been drawn in Northern Group G and will find out who the fourth team in the group will be when the draw is broadcast live on Sky Sports at 4:30pm on Thursday 24 June.
Eight teams could join the group, here are those teams: Everton U21, Leeds United U21, Leicester City U21, Liverpool U21, Manchester City U21, Manchester United U21, Wolves U21.
