Fleetwood Town are delighted to announce midfielder Carl Johnston has signed a new contract with the club.
Johnston – who made his debut against Carlisle United back in September – has spent the majority of the season on loan at National League North side Farsley Celtic, making 14 appearances and scoring one goal for the side in that time.
The 18-year-old has extended his contract, which means he will stay at Town until the summer of 2022, with the club holding an option for a further year.
