Town’s squad returned to training at Poolfoot Farm and took part in Simon Wiles’ first session after being named interim head coach.
The day started with a quick stretch and jog before some short circuits to get the legs moving. Soon after, the players took part in a bleep test before some mini games to finish off.
With the side back in training now, they are preparing for their Papa John’s Trophy Round Three cup tie against Hull City on Tuesday 12 January, which kicks off at 5:30pm at the KCOM Stadium.
