Fleetwood Town can confirm young trio of Akiel Raffie, Billy Batch, and Danny Edwards have joined Northern Premier League Division One West side Kendal Town on initial month loans.
The three players all progressed through the Under-18s to the Development Squad in the summer, after all picking up professional deals after being integral parts in the youth side's title win in the 2020/21 season.
Raffie, who recently spent time on loan at Bamber Bridge, has featured for the first team three times already in the Papa John’s Trophy with his latest appearance coming against Bolton late last month. Both Edwards and Batch have been named on the bench multiple times in the same competition, but are yet to make their debuts for the club.
On Saturday, Raffie actually went on to make his debut for the Mintcakes, where he played well from the start in their league clash against Bootle away from home.
