Midfielder Jay Matete has carried on his recent run of form whilst on loan at Sky Bet League Two side Grimsby Town as he scored the winning goal in their clash against Oldham Athletic.
The 20-year-old has been an ever-present member of the Shrimpers' midfield so far this season, with the game on the weekend being his 32nd appearance of the season.
Not only did Matete round out the appearance with a win, but he also scored a brilliant solo goal, starting from the middle of the park, before dribbling through the Oldham defence and drilling a weak-footed shot into the top-left corner from 20-yards.
That goal was his second in just three games for the side as he looks to finish off his loan spell at the club on a positive note.
