Midfielder Jay Matete has been placed into this week's Sky Bet League Two 'Team of the Week' after his performance against Bolton Wanderers, whilst on loan at Grimsby Town.
The 19-year-old has been an ever-present for The Shrimpers so far this season and topped it all off by scoring his first goal for the club in their 2-1 win over Bolton on Saturday.
The midfielder was also later named in the Football League Paper's 'Team of the Day' after his performance against The Trotters.
