Under-16 Academy prospect joined up with the first-team on Friday afternoon for a training session ahead of the side's trip to face Doncaster Rover at the weekend.
Feeney has featured multiple times for the Under-18s - who currently sit top of the Youth Alliance table - during the current campaign and has caught the eye of Head Coach Simon Grayson and his coaching staff.
The 15-year-old took part in small team drills during the session with the likes of Glenn Whelan, Kyle Vassell, Barry Baggley, Chris Conn-Clarke, Nathan Sheron, and more.
