Team news: Accrington Stanley (H)

Fleetwood Town head coach Joey Barton has named his 18-man squad for Tuesday night's Trophy last 16 match against Accrington Stanley.

Barton has made six changes to the side that lost to Portsmouth on Saturday 4 January in the F.A. Cup. In comes Macauley Southam-Hales, Harrison Biggins, Jack Sowerby, Jay Matete, Harvey Saunders and Conor McAleny, with Paddy Madden, Kyle Dempsey and Lewie Coyle all dropping to the bench

McAleny scored at the weekend against Portsmouth, and Barton will be looking for the striker to keep up his good form for the game.

Here’s the Town line-up for the tie against Accrington Stanley:

Town XI: Cairns (GK), Southam-Hales, Eastham, Souttar, Andrew, Biggins, Sowerby, Matete, Saunders, McAleny, Morris.

The Bench: Gilks (GK), Coyle, Dempsey, Madden, Hill, Garner, Rydel.
