Fleetwood Town’s Under 18s are back in Youth Alliance League action this Saturday as they travel to Salford City for a top of the table clash.
Simon Wiles’ side currently sit 2nd in the league table after their 1-0 win over Port Vale. Enock Takpe scored the only goal of the match to ensure the pressure is kept on the teams above, and also around them in the standings.
The Cod Army beat Salford 3-0 when the two teams last met in October 2019. Goals from Anthony Williams, Barry Baggley and Cian Hayes ensured it was five wins from five at the start of the campaign.
