The club would like to thank all Onward Card holders for their continued support, we are delighted to report almost all have chosen to renew for the coming season.
Those on the monthly payment plan should now have seen their first payment taken, with the second due to follow at the start of this month. If you haven’t yet had payment taken please contact the ticket office from Tuesday morning in person or by calling 01253 775080 to update your card details.
Supporters on the auto-renewal full payment plan will see the cost of their season ticket taken in full on Thursday 3rd September, please can you ensure the card you registered with last season is still in date and use, if not please contact the ticket office as soon as possible to update us.
As you know we are expecting government restrictions to be in place for the start of the season, thus meaning social distancing measures will be having to put in place to ensure safe viewing of games.
While we are aiming to have all Onward Card holders in Highbury Stadium by the start of October, we may require you to move seats to accommodate the social distancing measures which are in place.
We will do our best to ensure your view is as close to your current one as possible. Once normality resumes you will be allocated your original seat/stand.
We are asking all Onward Card holders to complete a ‘Bubble Form’ which will inform us of any social bubbles you may wish to sit and stand in. For full information, and to complete this form please click HERE. The deadline for this is September 7th, after which you will be allocated a seat/stand on a single basis.
We are working towards Onward Card holders being able to return to Highbury Stadium in October and we will ensure we do our best to accommodate all card holders in the stadium. Please note none-Onward members will not be able to gain access to the stadium until full government restrictions are limited.
There is a possibility of Fleetwood Town being selected for a ‘test’ game in September, as we face AFC Wimbledon on 26 September at majorly reduced capacity. If this is the case, we will hold a random ballot of Onward Card holders to determine who gains access to the stadium.
We are also pleased to announce a deal has been struck with the EFL to allow all Onward Card holders to watch all home league games they can’t enter the stadium due to COVID restrictions free online via our I-Player portal. Again, we will be in touch with details nearer the time.
