Fleetwood Town are delighted to confirm the signing of highly sought-after midfielder Callum Camps on a two-year deal.
The 24-year-old joins following a successful seven years at fellow Sky Bet League One side Rochdale, with the club fighting off competition from teams in the Championship and League One for his signature.
The Stockport born midfielder is a product of Rochdale’s youth academy, making the first of his 240 appearances for the club in 2013, going onto score 30 goals in his time at the Dale.
Following the expiration of his contract this summer he met a number of clubs before opting to join the Cod Army after talks with boss Joey Barton.
He also has international football experience as he has represented Northern Ireland at their U21 level.
Camps will wear the number 10 shirt at Highbury Stadium.
